Why this shape

What this looks like when the system has to survive production

An agent that can retry forever will. An agent with free-text tool calls breaks on the first malformed argument. An agent nobody can replay cannot be defended after a disputed outcome. Those 3 failures account for most agent projects that never leave the pilot, and all 3 are design decisions made in week 1.

We build agents on LangGraph with checkpointed state, expose your systems through MCP servers with typed schemas and permissions, and put a policy gate in front of every action: step budget, cost ceiling, allowed-action list, human approval for anything that moves money or changes a record. Delivered systems include a 7-agent search and automation layer across 5 million files, a revenue layer across 14 sales tools, and support automation across 7 channels.

What you get

Delivered as a working production system, in your cloud account

Orchestration with replay

LangGraph state machines with checkpointing, so a failed run resumes from the last good step and any decision traces to its inputs.

MCP tool layer

Your CRM, databases, ticketing and APIs exposed through typed, permissioned tool contracts that future agents can reuse.

Policy and approval gates

Step limits, cost ceilings and a human-in-the-loop queue for consequential actions, configured per workflow.

Shadow mode before go-live

The agent proposes actions against live traffic while people still act. We compare, then let it act.

Tracing on every run

Inputs, outputs, tool calls and cost in Langfuse or LangSmith, so a disputed outcome can be reconstructed.

n8n around the agent

The deterministic parts of the workflow in self-hosted n8n inside your infrastructure, with the agent only where judgment is needed.

Architecture

The agent loop we ship

A trigger starts a planner that calls tools through MCP. Every proposed action passes a policy gate. High-stakes actions wait in an approval queue. Every step lands in the trace with its cost.

When this is the wrong tool

If the steps are known in advance, a workflow is cheaper, faster and easier to audit than an agent. Most engagements use n8n for the fixed path and an agent only for the branches that need judgment.

Delivered systems closest to this work

Every figure comes from a system running in production for a real client.

Search and automation across 5 million files that cannot leave their regions

1. Problem. 5 million+ files across regional data centers, S3, document systems, databases and application servers: contracts, financial statements, engineering reports, spreadsheets and email. The usual fix is 1 central index, and regional data rules ruled it out. So every cross-region question, and every workflow touching more than 1 system, depended on someone stitching answers together by hand.

2. Solution. The data stays in its region and the question travels to it. Retrieval runs locally and returns only what the asking user is already allowed to open. 7 LangGraph agents split the work, hand off to each other over A2A and reach each system through MCP servers with scoped permissions. Anything that changes a record waits for human approval, and n8n keeps ingestion, approvals and notifications moving around the clock.

An autonomous revenue layer that closed the gaps no rep could watch

1. Problem. 14 disconnected sales tools, no consistent lead qualification and shaky CRM data. Revenue was slipping through gaps that no single person could track across multiple regions at once.

2. Solution. A round-the-clock revenue layer on n8n and LangGraph. Real-time lead qualification, automatic CRM enrichment, personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn, predictive deal health scoring, and live pipeline reports delivered to leadership with no sales ops in the loop.

Support that handled growing volume with flat headcount

1. Problem. A fast-scaling US e-commerce brand had support infrastructure buckling under volume. Response times were slipping, agents were overwhelmed, and brand content across 5 social platforms was inconsistent. Hiring more people was the expensive fix.

2. Solution. An autonomous support platform across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, chat and email. Claude handles incoming queries with knowledge-grounded reasoning, processing refunds, routing tickets and resolving most issues without escalation. A sentiment layer escalates only what needs human judgment.
