The content on jillanisoftech.com is provided for general information about our services. You may browse, link to and quote it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, scrape it for commercial purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation or use it to send unsolicited messages to the addresses shown.
2. Accuracy of figures
Results, percentages and client quotes on this site come from delivered engagements and are published as reported by the client or measured in the delivered system. They describe those specific engagements and are not a guarantee of results for any other project. We will walk through the measurement behind any figure on request.
3. Published pricing
Prices and ranges shown on the process page are indicative starting points. A binding quote is issued in writing after a scoping call and is subject to the assumptions listed in it.
4. Engagements
Services are provided by Jillani SofTech under a written agreement: a master services agreement or statement of work, together with an NDA and data processing terms where requested. Those documents take precedence over anything on this website. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, work is invoiced in US dollars against milestones agreed before work starts, and intellectual property in delivered code and documentation transfers to the client on payment.
5. Confidentiality
We treat information received from prospective and current clients as confidential, whether or not an NDA is in place. Client names are published only with written permission; otherwise engagements are described by sector and region.
6. Third-party services
Booking, form delivery and hosting are provided by third parties named in the privacy policy, each under its own terms. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
7. Liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on its content. Liability in relation to services is governed by the engagement agreement.
8. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the law stated in the engagement agreement where one exists, and otherwise by the laws applicable to Jillani SofTech as a registered entity, with disputes resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
