Multinational enterpriseMulti-region · AWS

Search and automation across 5 million files that cannot leave their regions

1. Problem. 5 million+ files across regional data centers, S3, document systems, databases and application servers: contracts, financial statements, engineering reports, spreadsheets and email. The usual fix is 1 central index, and regional data rules ruled it out. So every cross-region question, and every workflow touching more than 1 system, depended on someone stitching answers together by hand.

2. Solution. The data stays in its region and the question travels to it. Retrieval runs locally and returns only what the asking user is already allowed to open. 7 LangGraph agents split the work, hand off to each other over A2A and reach each system through MCP servers with scoped permissions. Anything that changes a record waits for human approval, and n8n keeps ingestion, approvals and notifications moving around the clock.

One governance layer for 5 production models in a regulated FinTech

1. Problem. 5 AI models were running in production with no shared visibility, no drift detection and no governance. Model behavior was tracked by hand in spreadsheets. In a regulated financial environment, that is an audit failure waiting to happen.

2. Solution. A single LLMOps control plane across all 5 models: scheduled automated evaluations, statistical drift detection against rolling baselines, shadow deployment and A/B testing before any version reaches live traffic, and a full model registry with SOC 2 compliant lineage and approval workflows.

HIPAA-compliant clinical decision support for a hospital network

1. Problem. A US hospital network had patient records, lab results and ICD mappings sitting in silos, none of it reachable at the point of care. Clinicians needed decision support without adding friction to already demanding workflows.

2. Solution. A HIPAA-compliant clinical platform on GCP Vertex AI using a hybrid Agentic RAG pipeline. Patient records, lab data and medical literature unified into one queryable layer. Role-based access across every clinical and admin role, a full audit trail on every response, and a zero-downtime SLA.

Knowledge search that handles multi-document reasoning at scale

1. Problem. Critical institutional knowledge was scattered across hundreds of documents and disconnected systems. A single-vector-search setup had already failed. The organization needed multi-document, multi-hop reasoning that held up under real query volume.

2. Solution. Multi-agent reasoning with a Neo4j knowledge graph for complex cross-document queries. RAG Fusion lifted precision well above single-retrieval approaches. Role-based access with a complete audit trail across every department, handling 8,000 queries per day at launch.

Support that handled growing volume with flat headcount

1. Problem. A fast-scaling US e-commerce brand had support infrastructure buckling under volume. Response times were slipping, agents were overwhelmed, and brand content across 5 social platforms was inconsistent. Hiring more people was the expensive fix.

2. Solution. An autonomous support platform across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, chat and email. Claude handles incoming queries with knowledge-grounded reasoning, processing refunds, routing tickets and resolving most issues without escalation. A sentiment layer escalates only what needs human judgment.

Regulatory intelligence across 8 countries and 3 languages

1. Problem. A major European enterprise was managing GDPR, EU CSRD sustainability mandates and internal policy review across 8 countries at once. Each compliance cycle pulled in outside legal consultants and burned months of manual effort.

2. Solution. A platform that monitors regulatory feeds across every relevant framework, analyzes internal documents for compliance gaps in real time, raises risk flags with structured remediation steps, and produces board-ready reports in English, German and French on demand. An engineering org that shipped faster by spending less time fixing the pipeline

1. Problem. An engineering organization was spending more capacity managing its delivery pipeline than shipping product. Debugging was reactive, the same failure patterns kept returning across sprints, and incident postmortems were inconsistent when they happened at all.

2. Solution. A multi-agent platform that plugs into the existing DevOps toolchain. It reviews pull requests before merge, diagnoses pipeline failures with specific fixes, generates validated patches and test cases, watches deployments for anomalies, and writes structured incident summaries after every significant event.

Program governance that flags risk before it escalates

1. Problem. A global enterprise running programs across multiple regions had no real-time view of execution. Status updates were manual summaries from people with a stake in how they read, and risks surfaced only after they had escalated.

2. Solution. A program management layer that ingests live communication from Slack, email and ticketing. It tracks timelines and blockers as they develop, raises predictive risk flags before they escalate, and produces clean executive briefings on demand. A persistent decision-memory layer preserves context across leadership changes.

2 compounding problems solved in one platform: conversion and inventory

1. Problem. Conversion was flat because the experience was identical for every segment. Inventory costs kept climbing because demand planning was reactive and manual. 2 problems feeding each other, neither one solved by the existing tools.

2. Solution. A dual-layer platform. The personalization layer generates real-time recommendations from live behavioral signals and improves through reinforcement learning. The supply chain layer predicts demand shifts and adjusts inventory planning before overstock or stockout hits. Both run through AWS Bedrock under 100ms.

A voice agent that handles most of the tier-1 queue without a human

1. Problem. A support organisation carried a heavy tier-1 queue of repetitive, well-understood questions. Hold times drove most of the dissatisfaction, the queue peaked exactly when staffing was hardest, and conventional IVR menus just pushed callers to press 0.

2. Solution. A real-time voice layer on GCP: streaming speech recognition, retrieval grounded in the client's knowledge base, and a policy layer deciding what the agent may resolve alone. The loop stays under 1 second at the caller's ear; low confidence or asking for a person triggers a warm transfer with the transcript.

Regulated EnterpriseEU

A private LLM deployment where no request ever leaves the customer environment

1. Problem. A regulated enterprise wanted a modern language model over its internal documents, under a contractual ban on sending that content to any third-party processor. Even zero-retention API terms did not clear the bar: nothing could leave the environment at all.

2. Solution. A fully private deployment inside the customer VPC: open-weight models on client-owned GPU nodes, self-hosted vector store, orchestration and observability, with egress to external model APIs blocked at the network layer. The audit answer to "where did this data go" is the same as "where does it live".

What we would build next

6 systems assembled from parts we have already shipped

Each reuses components from the engagements above, which keeps the first milestone to a few weeks on your own data.

FinTech and payments

First milestone: 3 to 4 weeks

Real-time fraud and transaction risk triage

1. Problem. Rules engines flag too many transactions, analysts drown in false positives, and writing up each case takes longer than deciding it.

2. Solution. A gradient-boosted model scores every transaction in the stream. An agent pulls history, device and KYC evidence for flagged ones and writes the case summary for the analyst.

  • Fewer false positives reach analysts
  • Case review shrinks to approve or decline
  • Every decision explained for auditors
  1. Transaction stream
  2. Feature store
  3. ML risk score
  4. Evidence agent
  5. Analyst decision

Insurance, healthcare, logistics

First milestone: 2 to 4 weeks

Claims and document intake with no retyping

1. Problem. Claims, invoices and forms arrive as scans and email attachments, and staff retype every field into the core system.

2. Solution. Vision-language extraction reads each document, validation rules check every field, and only low-confidence documents go to a person. Clean ones post straight to the core system.

  • Clean documents processed with no retyping
  • Staff handle exceptions only
  • Field-level audit trail on every document
  1. Email, portal, scans
  2. VLM extraction
  3. Rules and schema checks
  4. Confidence gate
  5. Exception queue

B2B SaaS and IT services

First milestone: 2 to 3 weeks

RFP and security questionnaire agent

1. Problem. Every RFP and security questionnaire pulls sales engineers off live deals for days, and answers drift from what the policies say.

2. Solution. An agent drafts each answer from approved past responses, policies and product docs, cites the source, and flags questions with no approved answer for a subject expert.

  • Sales engineers review drafts instead of writing them
  • Answers stay consistent with current policy
  • Gaps in your answer library surface automatically

Operations, finance, HR

First milestone: 3 to 4 weeks

Back-office agent for systems with no API

1. Problem. Critical work still lives in vendor portals and legacy screens, so staff copy data between them by hand all day.

2. Solution. A computer-use agent operates the browser like a trained clerk: it reads the task, navigates the portal, fills forms and checks the result, with approval on sensitive steps.

  • Legacy portals automated without an integration project
  • Every step recorded with screenshots
  • Staff move to exception handling
  1. Task queue
  2. Planner agent
  3. Computer-use agent
  4. Result checks

Healthcare providers

First milestone: 4 to 6 weeks

Ambient clinical documentation

1. Problem. Clinicians spend evenings finishing notes, and coding errors from rushed documentation come back as denied claims.

2. Solution. With patient consent, the visit is transcribed in real time, a draft note and ICD-10 and CPT code suggestions are generated, and the clinician edits and signs before anything reaches the EHR.

  • Less after-hours charting for clinicians
  • Coding suggestions checked against the note
  • PHI stays inside your cloud
  1. Visit audio
  2. Medical STT
  3. Note generation
  4. Code suggestions
  5. Clinician signs
  6. EHR write-back

Any regulated company

First milestone: 3 to 5 weeks

Private company assistant that respects permissions

1. Problem. Staff paste company data into public chatbots because the internal tools cannot answer their questions.

2. Solution. A company assistant in Teams, Slack or web that answers only from sources each user is already allowed to see, uses MCP tools for Jira, CRM and SharePoint, and runs on a private model when data must stay in your network.

  • Company data stays inside approved systems
  • Answers respect existing access rights
  • Cost and usage visible per team

  2. Permission-aware search
  3. Assistant agent
  4. Model gateway
